Your Weight and your Body Mass Index (BMI)

Your Weight and your Body Mass Index (BMI)

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is a formula in which you weight (actually the Mass in kilogram) is correlated with your height in metres.

Body Mass Index is calculated with the formula:

BMI = Mass in kilogram divided by body height squared

For example if your body mass is 80 kilogram and your body height is 1,8 metres, your BMI = 80 / 1,82 and therefore your BMI = 24,7

What is the significance of your BMI?

If your BMI is between 18 and 25, you have a healthy body weight (mass)

If your BMI is between 26 and 30, you are overweight

If your BMI is 31 and higher, you are obese and in serious trouble.

Conclusion: If your body weight is 26 or more, go and see your GP

immediately, so that you can discuss an exercise and / or diet

program. He/ she might refer you to a dietician if necessary.

How to lose weight fast

Medical experts worldwide agree that being overweight or obese, is one of the main contributors to ill health and a poor quality of life.

It is therefore not debatable that if you are overweight, you have to lose weight. And if your health is currently threatened by your weight, you will have to lose fast, to prevent further health issues later on.

There could be different underlying causes for being overweight, such as snacking, eating junk food, or leading a sedentary lifestyle. Most people who sit for long hours at desks at work are unfortunately very prone to becoming overweight. To make things worse, people often sit down for an hour or two (or more) after work, watching TV. There could be genetic causes such as a slow metabolism.

If your health is threatened by your present weight condition, you will have to act quickly to lose weight fast.

In a few cases when a person is not mobile, or if they cannot use their arms and hands fully, an exercise regime is at most almost impossible. Sometimes a lady needs to drop a few sizes so that she can fit into her wedding dress in a few weeks’ time. In many cases people live close to or under the breadline - they can therefore not be picky with they eat and what they cut out. What about those with heart and/or lung

problems? They would probably risk a heart attack by starting into an exercise regime.

In such cases doctors advise the use of a supplement, in order to kickstart the weight loss process. The latest discovery that has hit the internet like a run-away veld fire is a secret, ancient Japanese tonic which melts away body fat like crazy. And it is acclaimed not to have any side effects. Your doctor will tell you that belly fat and the fat around organs is extremely detrimental to your health. That fat place a huge burden on your heart and often give rise to other illness such as Diabetes Type 2, Hypertension, Fatty liver disease, etc.

To help you in your wise decision (remember it is never too late for a positive change), I suggest that you use this supplement. It is safely used by thousands and comes highly recommended. Great success stories have been recorded through its use.
